If you are new to Puerto Rico, locating an oriental food store in Puerto Rico is not that easy of a task.  However, there are two places that are still in business as of December 5, 2011.

(1) ASIA MARKET, located at 1262 Fernandez Junco Avenue in Santurce, PR 00907. Their phone number is 787-725-0349.  The store has about six aisles worth of products.  Typical things you can find there includes rice flour, wheat flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, rice paper, rice vinegar, rice vermicelli, Pho noodles, soy sauce, fish sauce (~$6), jasmine rice, egg roll sheets, plum sauce, hoisin sauce, jasmine tea, and sesame oil, frozen lemon grass, just to name a few.  One can park for free directly in front of the store.

(2) ORIENTAL FOOD & ARTS, located on Dr. Ashford Avenue in Condado, is about a 10-15 minute walk from the Condado Beach.  It is located between Chilis Restaurant and La Concha, just a little after crossing the bridge.  It is also close to AVIS car rental.  Their phone number is 787-722-0788.  The selection at Oriental Food & Arts is not as extensive as "ASIA MARKET"; it is also slightly more expensive and smaller in size.  The store has only two aisles of products and about 1/3 of the small store is dedicated for so-called "arts".  It is possible to park ($0.25 for 15 minutes) along the shoreline in metered parkings very near by.

Don't expect to find any type of fresh produce at either places though.  Please feel free to add on to this discussion if you are aware of any other locations.
