Where is the Tourist Info Center in Old Québec City?

Sometimes I find it quite aggravating that the directions to a tourist office is not as straight forward as it should be.  So where is this office in Old Quebec?  The Tourist Info Center is located across the street from "Le Château Frontenac" along the Lawrence River bluff.  Next door to Tourist Info Center is Musée du Fort (www.museedufort.com).
